Kissy Face and Mucky Mud

Logan came home from school today with a giant kiss on his forehead. I asked him who gave him the kiss and he said his teacher gave 4 kids in the class kiss stamps for extra good behavior. I must admit it was quite a shock to see my 5 year old get off the bus with lip prints on this face.


In other news, after he got home we decided to do some work in the yard. We had a wildlife pond that the dogs kept jumping into and getting stinky so we decided to fill it in. Here's what happened afterwards.

    Indoor campfires . . . mud mucking . . there is ALWAYS something fun going on at the Neal house. I bet all the kids want to come over to play with you guys! And . . . "Oh Yeah - the Kissy face is a riot!"

    As I always say, "Whomever is the dirtiest, had the most fun!". I'll have to make an ammendment. "The one with the most lipstick prints had the most fun."

    Well all I can say is that the children definitely take after their mother. How long do you think it will take for that mud to turn into dirt again?

    Hmm, so that's the story. I hope he sticks with it! He is too young to start breaking girl hearts, especially those that wear RED lipstick. From Aunt Angie

    Two days later and we're still playing in the mud. I would guess we'll have a dirt pit by winter... : )
